Founded on March 10th, 2014 condensedideas.weebly.com was created for the sake of spreading simple yet practical ideas. Focusing mainly on, but not limited to organizational leadership, we strive to spread ideas that can help improve individuals, businesses, and the groups they work in. Whether you work in engineering or design, the majority of the ideas expressed on this website can be applied to real world applications. About the Founder

The Founder and creator of condensedideas.weebly.com, Mark Fisker studied at Purdue University studying Organizational Leadership and Development. Mark is a Lean Six Sigma certified green belt specializing in quality control, continuous improvement, conflict resolution, small team interactions, and organizational leadership. Having worked in many cross functional teams, Mark has managed groups ranging from five to 120 members at a time. He has exhibited outstanding past performance in non-profit, human resource, sales, and lean six sigma projects demonstrating the ability to adapt appropriate leadership styles to a variety of environments and cultures. Previously being a Consultant at Capgemini specializing in continuous improvement and PMO operations, Mark has also interned at companies like Quantum Technologies, Jane Owen PR, Asola, Primary Wave, Alpine, and Equinox. Mark Fisker is also an active member of Theta Chi Fraternity. He has studied Martial Arts for over 13 years and actively believes in both individual and team-based empowerment.
